**Online Booking & Appointment Policy**

**Online Booking:**

We encourage our clients to book appointments online for their convenience. Our user-friendly booking system allows you to select your desired services and find a time that works best for you.

 

**Deposits:**

To secure your appointment, we require a $100 deposit for all services scheduled for one hour or longer. This policy helps us ensure that our time is allocated efficiently and that we can continue to provide the high-quality service our clients expect. When booking online, you will receive an email invoice within 24 hours for deposit.

 DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE

 

**Cancellation Policy:**

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments missed or cancelled within 24 hours will forfeit deposit/ incur $50 cancellation fee.

**Rescheduling:**

Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so outside the 24-hour window to avoid new  deposit. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time and date.
